The Application And Selection Process

If your CV passes muster you can expect to be interviewed over the telephone. If you pass this stage then you will be assessed in person.
You may be asked to take part in psychometric testing in order to build up a picture of your possible suitability.
The conclusion to the process is a selection day held in Milton Keynes, the eventual graduate recruits will be those who are successful at this final stage.
