About The Partnership Trust
Avante supports more than 3000 people in a typical year. Primarily through domiciliary and residential care for people living with dementia and older people.The total workforce (including volunteers) totals around 1500 people. Created 24 years ago Avante is now one of the largest providers of Social Care in the South East of England. A charitable organisation with around £30m in assets.

Working For Them
The organisation is made of 1,500 people including both paid staff and volunteers. It is an ‘Investor in People’ and holds ISO9001 accreditation. They are a leading provider of residential care in the region currently running homes in; Chatham, Tunbridge Wells, Sheppey, Sittingbourne, Gravesend, Erith, Hextable, Canterbury, Sidcup, Bexleyheath, Charlton, Snodland, Welling, Woolwich and Abbey Wood. An investment of more than £15m in new care initiatives and homes is planned over the next three years. .
